What is Bomgar?

Bomgar is a secure, web-enabled remote-support solution provided by Bomgar Corporation that allows TT Support to provide assistance to customers in remote locations. Bomgar works without requiring a VPN or other configuration, and remote sessions can be initiated in seconds without requiring any pre-installed software.

All Bomgar traffic between TT and remote customers is SSL encrypted. During the session, TT Support will not have access to your file system or be able to transfer files to or from your computer without your approval. Upon disconnect, all Bomgar software will be removed from your computer.

To Initiate a Remote Session:

  1. Contact your local TT Support office for a session key.
  2. Enter the key above.
  3. You will be asked if you want to start a support session. Click Yes.
  4. You will be prompted to download and run an executable file that will initiate an encrypted connection to TT Support through Bomgar. Click Run to install the software.
  5. You will be prompted to allow the remote connection session. Click Yes.
